Medication catalog

Manage the organization medication catalog (no client)

Overview

The catalog is the organization-level list of medicines. It is not tied to a resident. Staff pick catalog items when assigning prescriptions.

Open the catalog

Go to Medication catalog or /org/{slug}/medication-catalog.

Add a catalog item

  1. Add catalog item

    Choose Add catalog item (/org/{slug}/medication-catalog/new)

  2. Name the medicine

    Set the catalog name (for example Paracetamol 500 mg)

  3. Save

    Save, then select it when assigning medications to residents

Tips

  • Search by name or medicine from the catalog list
  • Residents never see the catalog itself — only their assigned prescriptions in the portal
