Define room categories, capacity, and pricing

Overview

Room types keep occupancy and monthly rates consistent. Each room belongs to one type.

Open room types

Go to /org/{slug}/rooms/types, or choose Room types from the rooms page.

Create a type

  1. Add room type

    Choose Add room type (/org/{slug}/rooms/types/new)

  2. Set name, capacity, and price

    Define the category name, how many people it holds, and the monthly price

  3. Save

    Save, then create rooms under that type

Tips

  • Align monthly price with invoices so room lines stay accurate
  • Create types during onboarding before the first admission
